Our new issue of BJP is themed Activism & Protest. Be it quiet activism or disruptive protest, over the past two years we have witnessed an immense mobilisation of people banding together in solidarity.
Our featured artists – Dee Dwyer, Tariq Zaidi, Tommaso Rada, Rene Matić, Rosalind Fox Solomon, Deana Lawson and others, discuss their work within this context. Also this month, we feature the esteemed Ingrid Pollard in our Any Answers, delve into The Photographers’ Gallery’s past 50 years and take a look around the London studio of political photomontage artist, Peter Kennard.
